Cancellation and Return
Once your order is placed and delivered, you need to check your exact order. As there is no exchange or refund possible after accepting the order. In case you need to return your products, which are found damaged then place the return in its original packaging along with its remark and within 7 working days. If the reverse shipment isn’t arranged due to our logistics partners’ unavailability, we will request you to send your products via courier services.
If you want to return all products, kindly attach an accomplished copy of the original invoice and in unopened and sealed condition. Or else the same will receive back. Also, note that we can’t offer any exchange or refunds for any opened or used products. To process return or exchange, we generally take the time up to 3 weeks. You’ll be notified, once the return request is made.
In any circumstance, you received the wrong products; then it shall be your responsibility to inform us within 3 days through call or email. Also, make sure you return the product in its original packaging along with a remark within 7 days. Kindly note that it would take 4 to 5 business days to dispatch the replaced product.
Cancellation and Changes
Kindly note that any item addition, specification change, or quantity change will only modify the order’s details. The sales are final. However, item cancellation or changes in item quantity should be carried out before the order is shipped. Our credit department will not accept your order if there are any problems with selected payment mode. Therefore, we can cancel any accepted order before the shipment without liability.
In case, by mistake you placed the order twice then we would refund back your one transaction. For this, you need to inform us the same within 2 days through email or call us.
